Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by True Modesty. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.
Trademarks All trademarks, service marks and trade names of True Modesty used on the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of True Modesty. Typographical Errors In the event that a product is mistakenly listed on the site at an incorrect price, True Modesty reserves the right by law to refuse, cancel or refund any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price. True Modesty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, True Modesty shall issue a credit to your chosen method of payment for the amount paid.
Termination These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by True Modesty without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice True Modesty may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the contact information you have provided to True Modesty.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Modesty, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs.

True Modesty reserves the right to remove any media for any reason, at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At true modesty we aim to never dispatch defective goods. In the event that you do find defects with the contents of your package, this must be pointed out to the courier service and returned immediately, check your goods before signing the proof of delivery (POD).
• SHIPPING COSTS For all orders within South Africa, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Please notify True Modesty upon placing your order, of any specific delivery times or instructions (within regular office hours / business days / delivery times and areas). Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence True Modesty will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
• DELIVERY TIMES We strive to ship orders in a timely manner. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 HOURS of payment clearing in our bank account (does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays). If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order. For all orders within South Africa, your parcel will be sent with our courier service, please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery.
• SHIPPING DELAYS We aim to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times. Of course, there are situations that are beyond our control including weather, delivery errors, political unrest & supplier delays. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavor to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.
• FAILED DELIVERY Where delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully on more than two occasions and the client has not been able to accept delivery, True Modesty reserves the right to levy a delivery fee equivalent to the Door to Door Courier fee charged to True Modesty by the courier company. Goods will not be released / delivered until this fee is received from the customer.
